Over the past decade, we've built a practice almost entirely around YMCAs — not because we planned to, but because once we understood the YMCA model deeply, other Ys started finding us.
Today we serve 20+ organizations across six states, ranging from $1.6M to $54.7M in annual revenue — including 20 YMCAs.
